Our Story
Registered in Jan 2012 in Hong Kong SAR and established a Representative Office in Pudong Lujiazui Financial District, Shanghai three years later, OTFC offers professional solutions in trade finance. In 2015, OTFC was invited to join the International Trade & Forfaiting Association (ITFA) and became the only Chinese non-bank financial institutional member of the association. Since its establishment, OTFC has built close relationships with banks and non-bank financial institutions worldwide, successfully arranged thousands of trade finance transactions with billions of USD in value and achieved a record of zero non-performing debt. Supported by cutting-edge FINTECHs, OTFC is now dedicated to transform the business from pure consulting to a trade bank.
